COREPLA has adopted a comprehensive process for receiving, analyzing, and handling reports (including anonymous submissions) in compliance with the new regulations introduced by Legislative Decree No. 24 of March 10, 2023. This decree implements Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 23, 2019, concerning the protection of persons reporting breaches of EU law and including provisions for reporting violations of national laws (the so-called “Whistleblowing Decree”)..

The reporting management process is an integral part of COREPLA’s Organization, Management, and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001.

To facilitate transparent reporting, COREPLA has implemented a dedicated IT platform that serves as the primary channel for submitting and managing reports.

If you wish to file a report with COREPLA, please access the dedicated reporting platform. (only available in Italian)
